• Scouting for opportunities

3. Renewables (VSB)

• 0.2 GW in operation or under construction in Germany
• 7 GW pipeline of onshore wind, solar, and battery storage in Germany
• +7.5 GW of offshore wind

4. Storage (KYON ENERGY)

• 321 MW under construction for TotalEnergies in Germany
• 1.8 GW BESS ready to build in 2025 in Germany

5. Trading & Aggregation (QUADRA energy)

• Over 9 GW under management, approximately 5,000 wind and solar power plants
• 15 TWh of renewable power production aggregated and resold on the wholesale market

6. Marketing

• Long-term corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
• 1.3 TWh sold fixed price PPA
